Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via UAE-based courier partners.
We currently deliver across the UAE. Delivery is free for orders over AED 199 and AED 20 for smaller orders.
Delivery time: 1–2 business days within major UAE cities. International shipping is not available at this time.

Customers receive a tracking link by email once the order is shipped. The courier will obtain a signed proof of delivery upon receipt.
